It's good place they r ajecting time we have reach before check in time n they have given us room before the check in time. Rooms r neat n clean wifi works perfect. Room service too good

It's not hotel. It's a guest house. They are charge for their guest house as per hotel tarrif. And rules are totally matched with guest house. I was there for 2 days and today I just wanted to put my bag only for 8 hour and ready to pay full day rent. But the staff asks me pay in advance full payment. And blanket, Towel are dirty and older than 5 years. For telivision no any cable connection as per them they give us smart tv so use your subscription for OTT app. Entrance is very poor. No good location. It's just waste of money.

Super un-higenic location. Rooms are like hostel rooms with very small toilets. A lift which looks as if it is for transporting goods entry from one side and exit from another side. Also they charged 500 for security deposits as direct payment to the hotel. Upon requesting the refund owner was like jo karna hai kar lo... refund nai milega even though almost entire hotel was empty. Also while entering owner saw me posting the review and was like jo review dalna hai dal do koi farak nai padta. Just to confirm you guys that I was there, there is pan/ciggerate shop at the corner of the lane and there were branches of State Bank, Muthoot finance and Bank of baroda in the same building. Entrance is from a very small lane and extremely filthy. It's not about the security money it was only 500 but the way owner spoke felt he was some sort of a mafia. All in all I would say this is not a hotel and as someone mentioned this is a guest house, and I have a very strong feeling that these reviews are not true.

Fraud. took Rs 2000 advance from me and refused stay on the pretext that I mentioned wrong time of arrival. . Refused to refund advance money paid. Absolutely rude and arrogant behaviour. I would say worst.

Yes the hotel is in close proximity to the station and hence i preferred it. Mukesh bhai the caretaker of the hotel was quite polite and helpful. He even helped us with an early check in on request and made sure we were comfortable in out stay. Only issue with the rooms was lack of hygiene in the bathroom and hot water service which i expected to be available with asking. You have to ask for everything and not get it by yourself. Overall a pleasant experience with an ok stay arrangement. Three cheers to Mukesh bhai for sure.

Please Guys Do Not Plan To Stay in This Hotel , I stay in this Hotel Last Night And Hotel Staff Are Missbehaving With us without Reason,. Just Cheakout time is 10 Am And i Cheak out at 10:30 Staff Shouting At That Time and Miss behaving with family Also , I Said I am Ready To pay Our Half Hour Extra Charge ya whatever You Say I am Ready To pay , But Not Misbehave With Me , He Also Without Knok Enter in My Room ,

There is no generator & electricity gone frequently....also price wise service is not so good..

Hello, there. If you are looking for a hotel in Botad. There is only Gautam inn best and last option. I stayed here more than 10 days (Booking by MMT). Owner is very helpful and kind nature. Rooms are very cleaned also good vibes. I had only one issue there, Food quality was good as breakfast but quantity , i needed more quantity in same price.
