Very pathetic approach by reception person. We requested to allow us to meet our guest who booked room in hotel. But he denied and abused us. He shouted Gali to aunti and wife then went away.

These people take bookings . When they receive direct on hotel booking they cancel online booking on the spot, this was my case ,we were left stranded looking for hotel nearby at midnight 1am ,since our booking with gateway inn as they suddenly cancelled bcoz they got higher price they didnt hold our booking..so greedy people.. please don't Book with gateway inn!!! They will not consider your online booking if they get someone offering higher prices.. very risky and dangerous to roam looking for hotel in the midnight..so please don't Book in Gateway in !!!!
Rooms are very dirty. When I asked to change it that time receptionist guy was very rude. His behaviour was very disrespectful towards me. I would recommend to not visit this hotel.
Service and rooms both are very bad.
I ordered veg food... order was late by 1 hour and brought non veg, room is very small and area is also not good.

We had made a reservation for this hotel for a 1 night stay via Agoda and got a confirmation email from them as well. The hotel staff also messaged us and asked us when we would be arriving and we replied to them. However, when we reached the hotel, the receptionist had already cancelled our booking and told us we didn't respond to their queries. This was extremely frustrating! We had to look for other arrangements at the last moment. Do not ever book this hotel! They are cheats!
The rooms were very small and if there's a window for ventilation it'll be good.Price seems to be high for that small room,blankets were dirty.But the only appreciated thing is their service and maintenance of restroom is great.
We also looked rooms in Andheri -Kurla main Road but the maintenance of toilet and bathroom was at it's worst.
P.S - I'm a person who looks the cleanliness of restroom and toilet before booking a room and we chose this hotel because of this particular reason.
The rooms are fine. Rates could have been low, but are high due to easy access. Near to the airport. Next to the Marol Naka metro. Easy access from Ghatkopar station, a bit tough to reach from Kurla station. Both are equal in distance.
No extra help from staff when needed. Zulkar at reception was not helpful. The cooking staff and attendants were a little helpful.
