1. Managers and staff are well-behaved and responsive. 2. Food quality: Good Improvement requires: 1. Bathroom/ Washroom ventilation/sewage. Bad smell comes out from the drainage system. 2. Illumination in the washroom to be increased.

It's a 3 star property. The rooms are very good. Big luxurious rooms, with sofa and tea table, a dining table and chairs. Another table to keep belongings. An almirah with safe. A coat hanger. Big windows for a good city view. I went there for a business conference.There conference room was good and the service was great. There was a separate area in the conference room for the buffet. Food at the restaurant was very good. They laid a buffet in the breakfast with variety of food to suit everyone's taste. Same with dinner. There is a separate bar cum restaurant in the hotel and their service is also very good. It's located in the heart of the city on GS Road and malls, offices,roadside eateries, etc are available nearby. Its a good hotel and can definitely be tried.

I stayed for 4 days only because of courtesy staff and happy to serv customers. Management needs to really work on rooms and ambience. Rooms should have curtains instead of blends, lift carpet clean and service area entertain should be away from guest rooms. Staff is very good and take care of their guest very well. It's an average hotel at Christian Bastee. It has a multi-cuisine restaurant. But it serves more south-Indian dishes than other items during breakfast to cut cost. I stayed there for 3 nights. Since I checked-in early they charged me for breakfast despite it was included in package. Their argument was that breakfast is provided the next day when one stays at night. But when I checked out early morning without breakfast they didn't adjust the amount. It simply shows their lack of hospitality. Even being a mid- range hotel it charges huge for food and mineral water. I will definitely not book this hotel during my next visit.

Decent hotel. Location is a huge plus. Rooms could be done better, plug points were faulty. Food is great. Service is 10/10.

Please choose wisely as staff are not well trained and friendly .We had a meal plan and were being restricted to enjoy the spread .Food was not being refilled though a lot of time was there to end abt an hour our more .Had to ask few times and felt restricted .Was like the staff was counting the pennies and management not caring. Room was just okay but again bathroom wasn't well kept. Please be very careful in choosing this places/hotel as you may experience unwanted feeling even though you may end up paying good to the package planner and coordinator . We did our package through vacation adda but few hotels we didn't have a pleasing experience as feel after 100% payments they just try to cut corners & try to squeeze out some xtra juice ,for us was xtra bed though mentioned in itinerary. Next time definitely not using vacation adda surely wd find ending up in a "Gadda". Beware Travellers

Front office staffs should be polite to each and everyone.The lady sitting on front desk today morning was way too rude as me and my friends also found her rude the way she answered infront of other guests we found awkward.Working in a hotel that too in a hospitality industry that too working in front office not acceptable.she needs training on how to be hospitable and calm.

I had stayed in this hotel for two nights alongwith my wife in room no 505. Primarily the hotel staffs is too lazy to respond to your needs. Few issues need to be addressed at the managerial level for better and satisfactory stay of the guests. Firstly, I had complained about the AC leaking inside the suite more than once, the maintenance staff did sent a mechanic to repair and look into the matter. Despite that, the AC kept on leaking the whole duration of the stay. Secondly, the stench of the bathroom was oversighted by the house keeping staffs despite briefing them personally. There were also more issues but I have covered only two basic ones. Lastly despite all these ordeal me and my wife had to go through, the staffs didn't bother to give an acknowledgement nor change my room. Due to this lack of improper service and poor staffs response, I had to shift the hotel to some place else. However, the staffs were very polite and poised during the bill payment. They charged me full amount for all the services provided by them. It is earnest request to the manager to be more responsive and proactively involve in training the staffs properly.
