Great view from hotel. All over experience is good. But Wi-Fi connection is not working in the room.
Room was good,service was average,most of the items from the menu were not available so we had to order from the outside,but the behavior of the hotel owner or staff whatever was not good at all,the way of talking and treating a guest was really rude.
Beware of fraudulent. We stayed in this property on 19th May 2022. Place is overpriced as owner took advantage and charged us bomb as our taxi person whom we booked from NJP to Darjeeling dropped outside this hotel and left in hurry as he has to pick up some Govt officer and we do not have any choice left with luggage and 2 small kids. We enquired at the reception and got room for a price not at all worth at it. TV was not working. Place doesn't even deserve 1 star for the kind of service and hospitality they offer.
A pleasant stay at a very decent price.
Rooms are premium looking with wooden work too to save you from cold weather.

Food was very tasty and hygienic! There's no view from the hotel but you can definitely get a beautiful view from the terrace.
