Comfortable stay, good parking area, delicious food, co-operative staff rank the hotel 5/5. However, it is understood that there exists some issue of the management with Oyo Rooms. Travelers booking via Oyo may be cautious of getting stranded. We were lucky to have a room available at 10:00pm. Searching for a room at 10 pm otherwise, would have been extremely inconvenient. I hope the management does something into this effect.

The best part about this place is location of this hotel as most of the places of jodhpur is within half an hour reach. Service is good. In house restaurant food isn't good at all. So don't eat here instead go to near by restaurant. Don't forget to chill at terrace of this hotel.

Good hotel. Neat rooms. Location is very close from the main road. But location is not easy to identify as no sign boards are available. No complimentary water bottles provided. Breakfast (We ordered stuffed paratha) is filling.

It's a good place at a prime location, the cafe and lounge on the rooftop gives you a great view of both the Umaid Bhawan Palace and Mehrangarh Fort at the same time. The food is nice and delicious, it also has another cafe in the basement run by the same people, which also has a nice and friendly environment. The rooms are nice and also, the service and friendliness of the staff is up to the mark. Overall, it's a really nice experience.

Spacious room with all facilities, you can see Mehrangarh from left side & umaid Palace from ride side from the room. hotel is just 3 km away from all destinations & it is in good area, residential houses nearby. peaceful & safe. Staff is polite & helpful.

An average type hotel. No good bathrooms and they even sent me a filthy blanket. Room was very dirty when I checked in. I told them to clean it within half an hour and went out for lunch. When I came back, the room was still in the same state. This was a very bad experience. The garden in the front is dusty and no one ever goes there.

Most reviews look fake. Regret booing there for last week based on google reviews. Very poor service standards . 2 of 3 rooms we booked had malfunctional and leaking bathroom fittings. Service and staff if hopeless. The lesser said about food the better. 'Grand' buffet with salted hard Poha and parathas was served (an hour late because their 'cook arrived late'). Tea (had to wait for it for another 30 mins) is served in broken and chipped off dirty cups. Staff was quick to decline most requests and had more of 'this-is-what-it-is' attitude!

Good place at a right location which is both calm and easily approchable. They have roof top lounge and one of its kind disco bar in underground. The underground place is a hit and has bookman old style interiors and roof top with a serene view and cool breeze. Food is good, rooms are neat. They can improve on their room services which qre delayed.
