All tourist places are nearby this hotel 2 bed(rs.700) 3bed(rs.900) 4bed(rs.1100) are available. Price may vary at the seasonal times Near by small restaurants are available to eat There is no parking space for tourists vehicle like Van. We park opposite the road Rooms and toilets and maintained cleanly Road crossing is very dangerous in that place there is no pedestal, single, crossing bridge not available may occur many accidents. Government may take a action as soon as possible

Room was clean, room was non AC, pillow covers and linen was also clean. But window can't be opened coz there is someone always smoking outside window in the below shop. Service was good. Room boy was cooperative. Two separate beds accommodated well. bathroom was clean.

Vice nice stay. Very warm staff and management. Very cooperative and caring. Seldom we get to see such businesses where people put people first. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Location is great but the service and rooms are not that great. Location is really good but for food you need to go a bit far which is fine for the place. Can be better with rooms and service.

Rooms and bathroom are pretty small. It's basically a lodge. Not a hotel. Pricing is cheap. The cashier / manager or whoever was sitting there duped us saying they have Ooty tour package. He said AC bus would be provided and the bus would start from Mysore at 7am in the morning. 10am will reach Ooty and gave us a contact named Mahesha n said he will take us on a tour in the bus and in the evening they'll start at 7pm from there. And drop us back at the lodge by 10-11pm. They took the whole amount some 12 thousand. Morning bis started at 11:30. Halted half an hour for breakfast.. Reached Ooty at 3:45pm. Called that guy Mahesha. He said visit Botanical Gardens by yourself and come to some petrol station. He argued like anything with us. We didn't even have our lunch. So he said ok I'll wait till 5pm. After that i won't be responsible to drop you back to Mysore . We paid 12 thousand just to sit in bus go to ooty and come back in other non ac bus. When asked to refund the amount the cashier of this lodge started to hurl abuses at us.

This is not a 5 star or 3 star room but its good location wise and rooms were clean beyond expectations including bathroom and toilets. Its ordinary room and good for family bookings. Staff is helping in nature and supportive.

Locater at prime location, very ancient building. All non AC Rooms starts from 1st floor. We got allotment in 2nd floor. No lift, so think before booking if senior citizens are traveling along. Very limited parking space inside the campus. But ample space available on the sides of roads. Made booking at last moment, so no complaints

My stay at Garden City was HORRIBLE . I booked a room for 2 days. Since I had an early check in, the hotel manager asked us for extra charge. He was also taking extra charge for the room per night than what was shown online at that instant. So I asked the manager to revise your price or else I will book online to which he said "I will manage the price and take the early check in price off". Now, when I am going to check out, he charged more for the room plus the early check in charge. He simply denied to made such claim and forcing us to pay more. The story doesn't end here. The flush was not working and the wash basin was like a fountain (water was flowing out from every point of the tap). The plumber came and asked what was happening and the next morning, he disappeared. We didn't want to ruin our trip coz of our stay so I am writing this review days after. In case, all hotels in Mysore are sold out otherwise I wouldn't recommend this hotel. This hotel will ruin your plan, your experience and perspective. Please do not pay heed to baseless replies written by owner. They would want to keep up their good look. In case, you think I am a critic, you can check my reviews about other hotels and resorts. I never wanted any hot water in my entire duration of stay (such baseless replies). What I said is the absolute truth and what I want you to know
