Hotel Garcia International - Hotel in Darbhanga, Basdeopur - Darbhanga, India

The hotel is a new property and very clean and tidy. The food was excellent. I tried mutton handi and it was just awesome. The room service is very good. All staff from the room service provided service with a smile on face. Will recommend for a stay here.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel for 4 days. Staffs are very humble and cooperative, particularly Yash Raj. He was very courteous and took really good care all this while. Employee like him are the reason why one keeps visiting back hotels like Gracia.

I have stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and the experience was horrible considering the price of the room given in multiple platform. 1. Every 15 mins there is always power shut which is so irritating esp who is working And attending meeting. 2. There wifi is super duper slow and inspite of telling the issue they simply don't care. Even they are saying that wifi 50mbps super fast but it's not even 10 Mbps. So basically you have to use your own mobile data. 3. At times tata sky doesn't work and. They are not even bothered to get it checked. Further, knowingly that customer has booked room with advance payment, they just want money that's all. In my stay for 2 days, there was no tata sky and no wifi. What's the point of having big inch tv when it's of no use. Are customer paying for bed gate with 4k or more per night. USELESS 4. The food is pathetic esp the free breakfast.. it's so oily and no taste at all. 5. The employee are so lost that 20 times you have to remind for small small things. Worst place !!

Newly made property. Good furnishing and fittings. Service is very ordinary. Food and breakfast also very ordinary. Location: barely 2 minutes drive to the airport and adjacent to main highway. No taxi service. Please recheck billing before paying. Lot of double billing / oversights.

Best Restaurant and hotel in darbhnga. The chef is literally the best in north bihar. The taste is really exquisite. Summary - Highly recommended

They need to improve a lot in service. We went for the lunch. Food was okayish , but service was not good, and staffs are also not professional they will keep making noise infront of the customers

Beautiful Stay ! staff was very nice supportive ! hassle free check in and check out with no unnecessary disturbances with a premium room! what else do you want ! must visit.and there one staff Mr. Yash Raj very good and behaviour is very nice and he is also honest.
