The hotel has been changed to Hotel Gray In, and I made the booking at hotel Ganpati. The person who took the hotel on contract was getting aggressive that we have not received the booking. The hotel owner would have received the booking, so let him come only then we will allow you. If you take a property on contract then you should know everything about it and should be accountable for it. At the end the hotel owner came and confirmed that he forgot to turn off the booking for old name. Hence my booking was confirmed, then only they allowed me to stay. They wasted almost more than an hour which I had plans for. On top of that, the rooms were disgusting, people had spat pan masaalas all over the rooms. The bed sheets were stinky and dirty. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, the flush was not working. Conclusion- Avoid staying here.
I was very much disappointed with the stay in hotel ganpati this diwali 2022, no room service , extra bed was very dirty,no blanket in extra bed when it was cold atmosphere, no drinking water provided on time , towel etc not given during 3 days of stay ,no proper behaviour , even we did online payment and due to some error it happened 3 times , but then they did not return excess payment done. One was returned back after many follow up and another we received after almost a month.. that too after long follow ups and begging for my own money Previously we had a good experience but this time it was worst ....highly recommend not to opt for this hotel anymore
The hotel is located in city centre and is around 0.5km from Suraj pole. The pros of this hotel is its location, they even have big enough parking space to park your car easily. The rooms were neat and clean. The property is new so u can expect and good infrastructure as well. The hotel staff is very coperative and courteous. Even the owner of hotel is a really nice guy, very practical and adjustive. They offered me a very good price for the room and gave everything which was promised. You can order vreakfast from them and its tasty as well as very cheap. For example 1 plate of poha cost u just 20rs, that according to me is the cheapest room service ever. Tea cost u around 10rs. I can't find as such any problem in the hotel, but yes if i have to do knitpicking they don't have a full menu thats it. I would highly recommend this place to u
We stayed here in first week of February 2018. Good and well maintained rooms, staff is polite and helpful, located in prime area, lift facility available and ample parking space. There is no in house restaurant but they provide home made breakfast as per their menu. An excellent place to stay with family with economic budget.
Beautiful rooms and nice service by this hotel. Staff is very helpful and co-operative. Small but comfortable rooms. It has lift and gen set. One can have comfortable stay at price of rs 800 for 24 hours. They arrange Udaipur sight seeing by auto and taxi. They also offer breakfast at very good price and serves very good quality and quantity. Most important is they have very good and safe car parking that too free for guests. So u can drive ur own vehicle to Udaipur and stay here.

We went there on this diwali for 2 night. Very nice hotel in a economical budget in market area. rooms are also good in this range sply at diwali time. Only complain is that we did not get good tea over there in 2 days. But if you want to for only rooms in economical budget then go for it. :)
You can get many hotels at this price but not this type of service. Owner himself along with hotel staff were too helpful. The owner guided me through my day plan for city tour. Rooms were clean and fresh. I liked the service.
