We were staying in this hotel on 1st August 2023 , so we request u don't stay in this hotel, it's very uncomfortable for family, staff behaviour is very worst. I have given rating for cleaning (-10) . For room it is also (-10). The food taste is miserable Safety=(0)
Most worst hotel in my 40 years life as i am serving in Paramilitary Force on senior post but when i came there their behaviour and services all were very horrible and pathetic, even they don't realised the condition of people. Unfortunately i came there only for my son's match in TT Stadium and all formalities done by his association so i was silent. Don't book Hotel Ganpati.

I booked it through oyo and these people know how to take advantage of your situation. I reached hotel at 11 pm and next day i had exam, so i had to just take it. These people charged me more than what was showing in oyo. I asked them to closebup their tie up with the oyo so that the customer doesn't feel looted in the end. The manager replied that tieup won't end. This shows how low standards these people have developed and they are just shaming the hospitality industry.
My booking was confirmed two weeks ago in Hotel Midtown(Bhopal), same was shifted by OYO at their own in hotel Savitri Regency and when I went for check in they simply we don't have any booking from OYO for you. When I showed them the booking confirmation receipt they told that we were not conveyed for this booking and there was no room available. When contacted with OYO helpline they again shifted booking to hotel Ganpati which was 3 km away. After 2 hours of waiting in tired condition (since I had performed 15 hrs train journey) I could check in. This was a horrible experience for me.
Very bad services and very bad collaboration to make my trip. Online rates are low but when we checked in they were given different rates. I am in a hurry That's why i have to pay extra but good services to make my trip to whatever i pay extra to make my trip will be a successful refund.
