Well known hotel near the roundabout. Walkable to palani temple also. Little older rooms but clean and spacious. Air-conditioner works well and fans are not noisy. Have more parking for cars, Critical for traveling from long and those who prefer private parking. Vegetarian Restaurant available inside hotel. Room service also available. Taste and price is ok. I preferred this hotel for price, parking and close to temple
The staffs were unhelpful and the rooms were in a very bad condition. Even the basic aminities like clean toilets and bathrooms were not there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant services were also unpleasant. The hotel should look into these matters as soon as possible.
1.We had booked a room and when we reached the hotel they argued like there is no room, you can shift to ac. The staff are irresponsible, however they provided a room which is not worth. Since it I was difficult to find another hotel we adjusted. (They knew it well because it was a busy holy month ). 2. Poor maintenance of room Pros: 1.The location is near to temple . 2.Hotel provides good food NB: Never book any hotel without payment, they may change their mind and try to deceive us. *Better to choose another hotel
The room was good,we got a extra bed and it was very good,we got food room service and it was very costly,but if you go down and eat it was a reasonable rate the bathroom was ok and if you pay 900 the tiffin is complimentary but if you are going 6 - 10 members it is a profit to you but if you are going lesser than that it is a loss for you And for one night it is nearby 4500 and it is a reasonable rate,other than this you will get instant coffee and tea powders and a dental kit,conditioner etc for free,Car parking was good and it is not nearby to temple you need to go to the car rope/winch by any transport otherwise you will be late
Its our 8th consecutive year staying here, It's near the adivaram of the hill, the rooms are clean and spacious And a veg restaurant is within the hotel, the menu has many varieties too. It has a large Parking space
Very very bad experience..ac was not working.made complaint .. a guy came and adjusted the settings from remote .. he doesn't know am a doctor and has ac in all my rooms... Then he told it's ok.. what to tell these guys who don't know English or malayalam.poor service in restaurant also..

Not a place for family, The staff was extremely unsupportive near by attached restaurant is pathetic in there service. Nobody cares if you are there or not. Bathrooms are untidy as well. Hotel looks good from outside but staffs and other support system is a big 0. Not recommended.
