Bed provided in the room was extremely small. wall are damp and fungi smell is there. cautious for those who have dampness allergy. Though they have a in-house restaurant but they can't provide dinner after 7pm. You have to preorder it. We had checked in at 7pm and asked to provide whatever available for dinner at9pm , manager told we cannot do anything. Hunger is yours and you have to arrange it. very rude behaviour for the dinner . Only one thing is good it does have a working geyser and location is very close to MG Marg Market. This is the only reason for their arrogance and careless working. Rooms are shabby and cannot be expected much more than this
Best hotel for staying here for a business trip. The food served here is too good to take. And for a budget tour you must choice this hotel.
Amazing location of the hotel right on the finish line of the MG ROAD. right opposite the pantaloons showroom. 10 steps away from the MG road. Car is parked in front of the hotel. Very much connected. Hotel is with the best views of the moutains and onve is balcony is open, clouds come into your rooms. Room Service is great. Food is great. Rooms were neat and clean. We stayed in ths suite room for 3 days and tariff was reasonable. Paid just 3000 per night. Great value deal. Convenience store and the food street was and the shopping is right outside this hotel. Feeling blessed to stay here.
Nice rooms, good quality tv set, fully furnished bathroom with all sort of requirements, room design fine enough and best thing is the most admirable balcony outseeing with awesome scene sightings. very satisfied.
Fantastic hotel... Fantastic View from dining hall!!! On top of that it is located in M.G.Marg only. Can't get better in this price range. Recommend everybody to stay here while they travel Gangtok.
