Hotel Ganga Residency - Hotel in Darbhanga - Darbhanga, India

Don't go there. This hotel is permanently closed. We went there on 04 Nov 23.

The hotel is far away from the highway and entrance is preceded by a broken stony path. Even when u reach, the staff is from 18th century and behave like typical corrupt people. Asking more money for every reason possible. Not at all worth any effort, very uncooperative and not at all considerate.

This place is mainly for small party. Marriage party upto 500 personal. More than 500 people it's not good. Hotel owner and staff will talk you very sweet while booking of space. They are professional cheater.

Located in Raj quila campus. This is old hotel with traditional rooms. Spacious but old model. Rooms and halls are cost effective. Can expect traditional hospitality but not preferred for new age generation.

nice experience near to railway station good for staying very affordable in price also market is very near. But if food is available in hotel itself than it would be more appreciable. it was a safe place for family room service was good

this is a rubbish hotel, AC stopped working in mid night. AC switch is on from reception, geyser switch is on from reception. dirty linen, bad bugs, rude behavior of staff. Cockroaches, silver fish, cricket, jhingur was in the room. linen was having hairs. smelly room.

Well, within the Darbhanga fort vicinity, it is a bit of architectural monstrosity, however the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are small but ok, there is a cupboard, seating arrangement, bedsidetable, intercom, window to look out., over all pleasent I have had a good experience so far because I was warned through reviews not to leave things lying around so I locked my bags everyday before leaving the room. The staff too have been nice and cooperative though I still have 1 night to go. L

The hotel is within the old Darbhanga fort premises. Google map shows something else but go straight inside the fort from the main entrance. This place is more like a lodge, they don't have any kitchen. Overall Hotel Ganga Residency is clean and nice. Stuffs are polite.
