This is a nice hotel. The staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms have everything you need. Easy, affordable, secure parking. Great value and would definitely stay again.
Its on the main road and looks good as you enter and the rooms are okay also. But the washrooms are just so pathetic. We had to stay here because we could not find any good hotels because of a festival in Mathura. The service is also slow and we had to call them 10 times to set up a kids bed. Not recommended at all.
This hotel is very useless. The photos shown when booking online from agoda are actually the people offering bad rooms in some other building nearby and charging extra money in the name of upgrading. There is no good service either. The staff is very useless. These people argue too much. Don't book this hotel even by mistake. Zero rating. For any assistance, call the police directly if you have booked this hotel. Not safe for family.
I had really bad experience here, I booked online through Agoda portal for one day and I checked in a at 6.15 am in the morning the toilets were bad and emitting a bad odor, 1 pm post noon they asked me to checkout, stating to me that "a day is over". I tried to reason with them and make them understand, it was of no good. I definitely urge each and everyone who would want to stay here check in late and then you would be able to stay the night.
