The Hotel is near railway station in Old Bhopal. The cleanliness is top notch, rooms are comfortable and safe, The staff is friendly ,you will also find elevator in the hotel. Also they have various types of food menu available so you can order from your room. The location is good.
need more efforts in keeping the rooms clean, should use disinfectant & pest control to avoid cockroach,spiders mosquito s ( did i miss any insects) drainage pipes & area should / can be kept clean,breakfast quality can be improved. kitchen did not observe much but feel can be improved.Hotel is good,location is excellent,all staff is good,VERY POLITE,HELPFUL,helpful,receiptption staff is excellent,others need little training,discipline,control, education,can have inhouse restaurent,Little inerest in running the hotel might ,have fantastic results,like getting awards,higher profits & fame, love the place,just hope someone,some were is reading,my efforts wont go in vain ,ALL THE BEST C U SOON

Very poor hygiene and services. Poor room condition for the price you pay. Be ready to get used towels and dirty bed sheet. You can ask for replacement, you may get one if you are lucky, i wasn't. Rude staff except few who can't help much.
Alert!! For ssb aspirants reaching at bhopal junction. The hawkers will call put for rooms at 500-600...then they will call u here and will give u an ac room for 1,300. It was a merry 1.3k for a day but at the end they ended up charging 1.7k,adding the water bottle and gst bill, Totally and completely fraudulent customer service.. wasn't worth it.
