Hi i am from West bengal , i and my family checked in on 29th aug 2023 at mid night . I had a worst experience in this hotel . Whole bedsheet pillow was stained and when i asked them to change them they denied and said they are cant changed . Ac temperature cant be self controlled . They turned of ac at mid night twice . The rooms r too small and the service was very bad .
Very bad behavior of the staff not talking properly with customer.. Room is not clean very bad floor nd bedsheet is not hygienic. Not safe for family... Very bad
good experience, neat and clean room, no hot water available in cold season. normal 1 litre bottle cast is 30 rs while print is 20, ask price before for everything. easy reachable from station. staff is good.

it was okay staying but if you want to take bath at5 Or 6am they don't supply hot water only after 7am you get hot water no geyser rooms but near to all mode of transportation staff were soft spoken (3 star i rate them) otherwise everything ok
