This is the worst experience I have seen. They are charging 8 years kid as a adult. What ever shows in online they never consider. If u enter in the reception he asking so many questions. If online showing 950 room rent but the staff saying 1400. Pls don't choose this type of hotel's

Very good hotel. neatness is maintained But need little more neatness when bathroom is considered. Bucket and mug need to be cleaned outside and inside. WC to be cleaned with soap. Pesticides to be used regularly. This is my opinion . that's all. I prefer to stay in this hotel only.

It's place near to market place. Nice and clean and good ambience. Perfect staffs for this field. Reasonable price. Friendly accessibility. Especially suite room is amazing in this hotel on cheap price. Don't miss the suite room.

The room was not according to the room charge taken from me, where I was charged Rs 1450, I had booked such a room,The room in which I stayed, the cleaning system inside the room was not good, the door of the bathroom was broken. And, I faced frequent power cuts. Thank you (Me Raj From Chennai)

The Very very too much rude behavior of the staff members. They don't know how to service the customers. The room was also very dirty and not maintaining the room. Full night mosquitoes are there. They are arguing with the guests. Windows full open in the whole night. Guests can't sleep. They can'tnot understanding the guests problem and services.... Again and again I am telling the very rude behavior of the staff members...... Not only our review. See the previous customer reviews also. The same thing we also told. Even after so many bad reviews also the management team still never takes any steps to improve... I am really fed up with the staffs behavior. The A/C room were not maintained properly ....Water is leaking In the AC and they don't even care about that Bathroom was also not good and clean Room service is not satisfactory

Super worst hotel We are tourist with a 3 yr old kid , senior citizen , myself along with my wife I used to call them on daily basis to check with them whether they have allotted room with a working water heater they replied everything is all set When we reached Nagercoil on 14-Dec at midnight close to 12 AM they said they need to check which room has heater which schoked me as i kept calling them to make sure everything goes smooth Then after waiting for nearly 20 mins they said they dont have room with working heater and they said they have another lodge where its working and they said the fare is 1500 rupees per night Which really frustrated us as we opted this room on budget basis now we need to shell out another 600 per night The worst part is they asked us to walk to that lodge (Hotel Ganga Tamilnadu) already we are exhausted from the journey that too to walk on the empty dark streets in the midnight 12:30 AM Upon reaching asked them why are they this lethargic for which they gave an amazing reply that 'just consider this like a car breakdown' seriously? The room is not at all worth for 1500 rupees Never ever go this place guys they have many chain hotels so they never care about the customer or their experience they are here just to mint money without caring for their guests

Food is very fresh and the hotel is busy most of the time yet the consistency of the food remains the same . Pricing is a bit premium. Getting seating may be tricky in peak timings but the wait is worth it.....
