Hotel Ganesh Palace - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Location wise is good. But in terms of rooms and services, this hotel is really bad. They are looters who add extra charges when you are checking out. They will disturb you in the middle of the night and extort money from you. I stayed there on 30th Sep 2023 and it all happened to me. If you need to avoid a hotel in Mysuru, this is the one. There are many better places nearby which are better service wise as well as price wise.

My friend and I booked a room at this lodge for a two-day stay. However, at the time of checkout, we were surprised that they didn't send any reminder call or SMS. We were just 15 minutes late, and the hotel staff insisted us to pay for a third day. When we declined, they demanded half the amount. To make matters worse, the room lacked a dustbin and wasn't properly cleaned. A disappointing experience overall.

Worst rooms, bathroom was very bad and room looks like jail, broken wardrobes and they give old towels which we won't use for cleaning also that kind of towels. Many small small insects in rooms . Staff one man was very rude, never choose this hotel it's worst experience

Worst hotel ever......receptionist is arrogant and rude. Rooms are worst . Bed sheets have not been changed since ages Rooms are filthy smelling I can't even comment about the toilet Toilet seat is broken Geyser wires have come out I recommend ppl not come and stay here even if you are in emergency IF THERE IS AN AWARD FOR FILTHIEST HOTEL THIS HOTEL WILL GRAB FIRST PLACE

Its a very worst hotel. You can find very best hotel with less price near by this hotel itself. Too costly hotel with worst service and ambitious.

Most worst hotel, I booked a room through MakeMyTrip portal. When I went to hotel they haven't given room and they are asking extra money ( I booked room for 1500rs and they are asking extra 2000rs) . I denied to pay extra amount and they told they will not accept any online bookings. Please don't book this hotel from any online portal they are not accepting.

The worst hotel to step in. No basic amenities. Rooms are very very very dirty. Prices are not economical, they try to charge very high price . Hopeless place.

The hotel team is quite cunning i.e. while vacating the room the reception person showed the extra charges which were supposed to be informed upfront. We were not able to find any veg restaurant near by which is disgusting.
