Very supportive and hard working staff of house keeping and room service. Location of the hotel is best you can get for travelling all places. Transportation is very easily available just outside hotel. Restaurant of the hotel is very nice and had a variety of food. You will get Airpot pick up to hotel. Overall very good experience. Thanks a lot

I am going in this hotel with my family the service is excellent and the food was very delicious... The Mexican food is too good... And the pizza is excellent in taste I met the chef he was a good person and nice in behaviour.... I want to come back in hotel gandharva a green once again...!!

The expectation and reality was completely different.. we expected less but it was much better than that. It was completely worth it. The hotel was good, the location was good, Not much crowded, rooms were good. Breakfast in buffet is much preferable than ordering in a room. The swimming pool was good, it is in a very quiet place. I must prefer to book this hotel again.

It was a awesome experience of staying in Hotel. Hotel Room was ok & Specially want to appreciate the good work of Mr. Gajender Sharma whom is very nice nature & providing best food quality.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. All the amenities provided. The staff specially in the restuarant were courteous and well behaved. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it a lot with kids. The breakfast was having plenty of options and was good in taste. The rate was very decent considering all the amenities.

It was a great experience staying at this beautiful place. I strongly recommend others to stay here. We had an excellent service here and rooms are also clean. Our manager Gajendra Sharma sir was very cooperative. And also the food was top class.

1. the policies are very stringent, didn't bother to consider a simple request when guests are with full family. This industry demands some flexibility looking into the situation. How can the hotilier behaviour be called as "HOSPITALITY"?2. Y only 1 key when 2 pax are staying? is it necessary that both will always be together and dependent. cannot wait for the always at the reception. the above 2 incidents happened in just 3 hours of check-in. I don't Recommend this hotel. There are much better options available nearby, which are user friendly.

I had the most pathetic experience staying in this hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The first 2 rooms allocated were disgusting. stinky washrooms, leaky showers, and water everywhere in one of the rooms. The second room was equally bad with a cracked wash basin, room stinking of insect spray. We requested to change the rooms but they said all rooms are the same. Then we asked them if we could at least see the other rooms, and they agreed. Actually each room was similar but we found a couple of them better than the first and took them instead. We took 1 additional mattress for one of the rooms. It came with a stinky blanket with a dirty spot. When we asked them to change it just changed the cover and said all blankets like this only. Food is also not up to the mark. I advise if you are on a budget and cannot find anything else, only then book this hotel. Eat outside and don't trust anything they say.
