It was really very disappointed that one of your staff viz Mousin Reja has more attitude and has zero hospitality in dealing with customers. The main reason behind disapponted is that i had asked for charger with your another staff, he gave me adapter. I had plug in my phone. The owner of that adapter was Reja. He showed his worthless attitude and behave like as an arrogant, showing his anger in front of customer not feels good If you keep such type of staff in your restaurant, than it would be very worthless for the owner of the restaurant. Lastly, please try to keep a humble and responsible person in the restaurant to make growth in your business.
Now a days this hotel going to excellent budget hotel in siliguri. Staffs and food Quality are so good. Especally reception staff are very cooperative and helpful in all services vikas and bablu kp the good work . Wishing to come soon to hotel gananayak.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
