For a wonderful stay, familiar environment, specious rooms, extra ordinary services and eco friendly budget, nearby surat railway station, one of the best destination is Hotel Galaxy... I strongly recommend.
Hotel is on 10th floor, also it is difficult for customers to locate the entry gate. Rooms are clean & all necessities are provided.
Worst hotel. No hot water, AC, Breakfast and laundry after multiple requests. My booking done by My company. When I checked in receptionist kept me waiting for 20 minutes at 2.00 am. Receptionist was not professional. Dont book hotel if you planning for buisness trip. There are multiple good options nearby.
