we booked for an overnight stay. Hotel infraThe hotel is suffering from after COVID effects and no maintenance is carried out after that. For that reason it is overpriced. The restaurant is non operational. You have to rely on zomato or there is a nearby cafe. We booked a classic room. It was nice but not maintained. The bathroom was not so clean. Also there were marks of dust on the walls. Not much toiletries were provided. They will charge you for the water bottle also. The only plus point was basement parking. But only hatchback or sedan can be parked. Overall for one night it was a decent stay.

Good Service and room But kitchen not available

Awful customer service. In the morning, the washroom ran out of cold water. And even the hot water was available for 5 mins and it ran out as well. No one answered when I called reception. I had to walk to the reception to wake-up the caretaker (who was drunk and I struggled to make him come to senses). And on top of that, when I took him to the washroom, he started arguing that I was not using the right tap outlet. But later, he realized that water had finished, so he stepped out saying he will turn on the water pump. We kept waiting and the water never came....and I found he had gone back to sleep. We were running late so we checked out without bathing. Total ram-bharose hotel.

The hotel is located just outside of the railway station and quite a nice place The food quality is O.K. The breakfast timing are very late. Overall experience was good the rooms are well lit.The cleanliness is very good.

The rooms are clean and large. Room service is quick and efficient. TV, AC, single cupboard and lockers are available. The bed is a little small. Quite an issue for people of height greater than 5'5".

Awesome room. Value for money. Good wifi. Neat and hygienic rooms and bathrooms. Good road connectivity to bus stand. Food was ok tho. Recommended for solo travelling or business trips.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Good location and supportive staff. Overall a nice stay for any kind of trip. No extra noise and disturbances.

Near bus stop, a red color board is there so you can find easily.. rooms are nice, although small and no furniture other than bed.. Bathrooms are large enough and clean
