Hotel Galaxy Intercontinental - Hotel in Bodh Gaya - Gaya, India

Lift not working. Room door locks n furniture not good. Maintenence is neglected. So hotel requires renovation. Stay not satisfactory.

This is third time I was there to attend a wedding ceremony there but like always their air conditioning was not working before two times also same and they took final payment on booking time and after when we face problems no body is there to respond manager try to hide all the time no any alternate solution available in this hotel. Property is not maintain .

Nice one Hotel in bodhgaya for all purposes.

Hotel rooms are fine with nice Ambience and Facilities.Food taste is also good.One thing that can be improved is the lighting of hall.It was somewhat darker.I would recommend to install inbuilt speakers in the hall for better sound clarity for music in party. But OVERALL a very nice experience.

Because of my payment of all exterior and interior payment has not been paid by hotel owner they all are fraud my bill is dues at long time since 2011.All director and all care taker is fraud.

Services and ambiance are very bad. Constantly Powercut. Only mosquito services available at the hotel room.

Excellent place & very helpful staff . Feel at home always . They give attention to every guest individually. Good food as well . 3rd visit to this hotel. The hospitality is commendable
