Hotel Galaxy Inn - Hotel in Medininagar - Palamu, India

All I can say is ...not good experience. AC was not working all the time ... They don't care about your complaints even if you have complained them many times. We had to call them so many times for just a single thing.. whether it is water bottle or Mattress. There complimentary breakfast, oh my god it was rediculous. We waited for half an hour just for single sandwich , 20 minutes for a cup of tea. Lift didn't work and nobody cared even when we complained. We had two older members with us. Lastly at night there was a staff who finally listened to us and changed our room because door's lock were not working and AC was not properly working. But they really need to update there service according to there high price .

Worst service.. Food quality is poor. Hotel staff are not cooperative. AC not working properly in my room. Washroom lock needs repairing. Lift not works when electricity goes out. Over all bad experience, not recommended

The waiter was asking us to hurry up and order the food when we recently got our menu... We asked for water and the waiter forgot that we have even asked for extra water so overall it's a okay..ish experience for us..The room and bathroom were clean and there was a high standard of housekeeping throughout. The public areas were also clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good although at times busy.The waiter was asking us to hurry up and order the food when we recently got our menu... Awesome experience, food is good, room with all facilities are superb. Location is very convenient for office work as well as tourism. Service also very good. The view outside is also outstanding. Must stay place in Palamu. The hotel is under JTDC, Govt of Jharkhand.

Price is on a bit expensive side...only thing I consider this restro cause it's most of the time empty and i like such places...food r not even great average. Would not recommend ... U all can go for better option Crown plaza RDS Lazeez Jainshree-vegonly Etc

There is Marco's pizza on the ground floor of the restaurant and it's fried momos are amazing. But, the fan doesn't work there and in summer season, the enjoyment is hindered by the hot environment Else everything is good You can hang out there with yiur friends.

A good place to stay. 1st time mine experience was not that good but staying 3 days over there was quite impressive. Amanities was good with polite people. A well spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast not up to the mark( where they have to improve). An option in room tarrif deducted against break fast But good location with good people.
