Giving this a decent 2 stars only for the location. Rooms were dingy & overpriced. Was asked to pay 500 extra apart from the already paid 2k- hidden charges. Only thing good was the location & the Saravan Veg Restaurant nearby. The people at the stay are of no help. They sent the bags to the room late. Picked the bags from the room late.

Very worst hotel ever in my life .Terrible Stay... Not at all comfortable..... Service guys were bad.... The room was having stinky smell... Bathroom was not good.. blanket not provided please don't book this hotel through online or direct price is too much expensive but service is worst. If one person vacated the hotel room they will not change any spread pillow cover anything it's seems. See the pics it looks like new blanket and pillow. If v r telling tat room smells irritates thy will come n spray the room freshener it's annoying n felt suffocating

Absolutely no concern about customers. Refunded advance paid, with reason no rooms are available. Stinky smell even in reception. You can assume about room cleanliness. Very bad experience.

Very worst room. I never expected this to be the worst experience. Room, bathroom not properly mentioned and the bed is like a spring type. Am from tamilnadu. I never suggested this property.

We booked the room for 2 days. Since it was a hospital case, there was a plan to extend it by 2-3 days.But we escaped in one night. Because very conjusted and dirty pillows and sheets, noise disturbance, lot of mosquito, smoking smells in entire building moreover they did not even provide drinking water. Daughter got scared seeing cockroach in the room. The children did not sleep at night. We paid extra money for extra bed for our 8 year old daughter but they didn't provide the bed.The next day at 6 am we checked out and took another nearby hotel. The rate was even lower and there were more facilities.We stayed there for 3 days.

Yah, rooms are very good. But my second time i got a AC room. Its bathroom door have some complaint. But its ok for me. Good experience

The room was small but very comfortable. C working fine. Bathrooms clean. Check out here is 24 hours Nearer to padmanabhaswamy temple restaurants,bus stand railway station Rates readonable mr sujit is very helpful. Value for money

Very nice and clean environment. Rooms are quiet spacious, clean and good services. If you are planning to go traveling to Kerala and happen to be in Ernakulam go and stay in Galaxy hotel.
