I personally do like this hotel a lot with its reason pricing. Rooms were small but had sufficient space to sleep and stay comfortably. The AC was working nicely. The bathrooms were hygienic too. However a bedsheet is not thoroughly cleaned, had some brown spots and not completely white. I suggest to book this hotel online so that you can get approx 200-300 rupees concession. Other hotels in this area have comparatively higher prices. I got a nice comfortable sleep here. So it's my type of hotel to stay with comfort and reasonable budget.
Visit this place if you love awesome cockroaches and dirt and dust and wall crumbs and dirty unsanitary water. Avoid if you don't like any of these. Staff attitude is varies - there was a young gentleman and a very polite old person. But there was a middle aged rude person at the reception sometimes who misbehaves with the ladies. Repeated polite complaints with the pests didn't help. They show nice images on the hotel pages in google but the reality is different. Edit #1 on 16th May 2023: Owner called and promised action and better services on next visit. The gesture is highly appreciated.

One of the most Hygienic Hotel in Durgapur. Staffs are very co-operative and helpful. I always recommend you to stay there.
There are some good and bad points i am mentioning Good: 1. Hotel staff behaviour is good. 2. Air conditioner is good 3. Bed is ok ok. 4. Cleaning is ok ok. 5. Wifi is ok ok. Bad: 1. No ventilation in the room. There is one small ventilation with exhaust fan but the fan is not working. I asked manager he said hotel renovation will happen soon so they are not reparing the things. Which is meaning less. I suffered a lot with cigerette smoke came into my room from other room people smoking and no ventilation it's very difficult to sleep. 2. Room size is too small and washroom also too small. 3. TV is not functioning, after asking there is no action taken. 4. No complementary breakfast There is much to improve in this hotel. This is not at all a 3 star hotel you can keep under 1 star hotel. Thanks
