Excellent service, very well located on Ujjain Dewas Road, just adjacent to Freeganj, Madhav Nagar, easy connectivity to newer township and colonies, station and bus stand. Rooms we stayed in, could have been better cleaned with more fresh air and less of bad smell. At least exhausts should be placed to remove bad odour. So please take care of room location with windows
Overall, it was a great stay. Staff here are so punctual and supportive in every manner. Especially The duty manager was awesome in terms of everything and he helped us in many ways

As seen in the image the washroom ventilation is broken and from other side there is stair from where anyone can easily see inside and you can't take shower and there is no basic facility like water bottles as they mentioned in the amenities section. The bedsheet have stain I asked the manager he said they are water stain but the stain colour and the walls have cracks and the plaster is coming out. The Ac is not working and there is very bad smell coming like smoking in room. The floor didn't have the mat. I will give this hotel a zero star because the service is very bad.

Entire hotel was booked for a wedding and the owner started misbehaving over charges.
They refused to return bags of our wedding guests. Our guests eventually missed their train in the process.
