Hotel Galaxy & Restaurant - Hotel in Rajgir - Nalanda, India

The location may look shabby but the inside of the hotel is much cleaner. Staff behaviour is good and they are quite helpful. Service is also good. Food is delicious. Amenities are okay. Just be careful while booking that you get a room with Indian bathroom or western. Wifi is there but doesn't work. A little improvement on cleanliness is needed. Also washrooms need exhaust. The sound in corridor is very audible inside rooms due to uncovered ventilators. But we booked budget hotel and got much more than expected. So I recommend it

Really good budget hotel. The manager is extremely nice and helpful. The staff is really good. Service is good. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and good . A little issue with corridor noise entering the rooms even when closed because the ventilators opening in the corridor are not properly sealed. Also while booking confirm that the rooms you get have Indian or western washrooms because we booked assuming western washrooms but out of two rooms one was Indian system.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Owner is very helpful. TV, Geyser, and wifi available. We booked all 11 rooms and watched World Cup final joyfully. Only one thing -- there is no lawn in front of hotel and front view is very dirty.

Had a wonderful stay here, the room was spacious and well lit, the owner is kind and very hospitable as well as the staff. Also the Restaurant serves homely food and the best thing is its location is very close to the station as well as the bus stand.
