Good hotel, with pleasant service. This is a good hotel if you are looking for short time stay. Rooms are small but they are clean and the service is very good.

Very bad staff and service. They wont serve anything before 8AM and after 8 PM. They never clean your room during your stay and will say that you were not in room during cleaning hours(even if you had submitted the keys at reception). They never take out the soiled dishes. You have to put them outside your room if you want avoid ants. They do not entertain any request for boiling the milk and will ask you to boil it yourself in the water heater provided but will never clean them and keep on saying that it is not their duty. Very pathetic service and staff. Basically the hotel seems to be suitable only for couples looking for a place to make love. Not recommended for any stay for any other purpose.

Rooms Decent. Staff - well trained & decent. Food - Vegetarian Average in quality not anything standing out but Pulao was very tasty & delicious.

Very bad service.There is no professionalism in hotel staff. I request for breakfast at 8 AM but after completion of 90 minutes,no one provide breakfast when I became a angry on hotel staff and they are blaming to each other. Only unmarried couples visit here and they spend only spend 2-4 hours and give full tariff.Hotel manager is very happy because they provide room only 2-4 hours to unmarried couples take full tariff and book a hotel 2-3 times in a day. I never recommended such type of cheap hotel to a family or professional. If police raid to hotel, they find 5-6 unmarried couples which may be under 18 years at morning time. So avoid such type of hotel.

Good fir short stay

Staff were courteous, Although limited choices available due to very less crowd but Breakfast was good, Tea was average. However Room Sanitization like clean bedsheets, pillow cover, blanket is an area of concern. Oneself must carry liquid Sanitizers and disinfectant sprays.

The place is well connect with the city. It is little bit distant from Patna railway station as well as the traffic. One can stay in peaceful environment. Staffs were well mannered and serve well. Rooms were clean and arranged properly. One can book this place for good stay.
