Hotel Galaxy 16 - Hotel in Bhagalpur - Bhagalpur, India

My experience at Hotel Galaxy 16 in Bhagalpur for the Birthday event was very disappointing. The unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager and the overall poor services were notable drawbacks. To make matters worse, several items promised in the menu, including the soup, were not provided. I recommend potential customers to explore other available options for a more satisfying dining experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean without any view as such... The bathroom was clean but the hot water flow was very slow... The linen were clean and AC was working fine... They have an inhouse restaurant and the food quality is good... They don't have any car parking attached with the hotel, its around 50 mtrs away... Overall a good stay... recommended.

Considering the cost, might be one of the best stay for people getting stranded here temporarily for work. Having it's location near both Manali Chowk and Sandy's Compound makes it the prime location to live if you're in the 20-30 age group. It's also near the Ganga ghat which is an experience in itself. Rooms are a bit small and service is nothing special but people are hospitable so overall 4/5.

Wifi has no power backup. This means that Wifi doesn't work during a power cut. Hotel should make efforts to ensure that the Wifi Router has a power backup. Lights and Fans have a generator for power backup. But the generator takes a minute to start. Hotel should make efforts to provide power backup to Lights and Fans through a battery and inverter. Rooms are small and have no godrej wardrobe to hang clothes. Table provided inside rooms has a very short height.

Average hotel in a busy area in Bhagalpur. Near to Bhagalpur Govt Hospital, named as Jawaharlal Neheru Memorial Medical College. It is walking distance from there. I stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are clean. Lift facilities available. Air-conditioning available. WiFi available at every floor. The breakfast is good with a small stretch of buffet with Sandwich, fresh fruits, corn flex, milk, Aloo paratha, Curd, tea. The lunch is average (gravy are too oily and spicy. The dinner menu is better. I had fish and chicken both. Better to avoid fish. On first floor, there is a medium sized banquet Hall for party and gatherings. Overall good to average experience you'll have.

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life ..!! Manager should learn how to talk nd obey to his guests.!! Nd the promises made at the time of booking are nt fulfilled and on complaining it is said that this is not a dharamsala...they called their hotel 5 star hotel.I don't understand why they think so in my according it will be in (-5*)But if you think like this, then it should be remembered that if someone makes a booking in a 5 star hotel, then it is your responsibility to provide that facility to the guest.Totally Disappointed to pay so much money for this kind of hospitality . Totally useless experience. You have lot of better options in Bhagalpur.

Location wise, the best. Room service needs improvement. Unhygienic washrooms, particularly toilet panes.

Beware if you book hotel for party function then sure how many plates are should be fixed earlier.
