Not worth the money paid. 1. The Hotel Manager was quite unwelcoming. 2. There were rats in the restaurant area, although the food was good. 3. They charged us extra for drinking water, which is a basic amenity in any hotel room. 4. Water was unavailable on the day we were going to check out. Although the staff later supported us, a water issue for such a big hotel is quite surprising. 5. The staff was supportive, except, as mentioned, the manager could be more welcoming. Thank you.
We stayed for a day nice hotel and near to mandir. They have restaurant in hotel. Delicious food and reasonable rate service is quick. Must try there thali. Rooms were also neat and clean
So where do I start how in the Hell is this place still opening I guess the cheap prices means your can have electrical hazards, RATS Big azz RATS in the dining area waiting for there turn of the food. NO SAFE AND CLEAN LAUNDRY facility, Nasty Idc attitude staff well not all of them the guy is super nice he needs a raise the woman they don't really care if there are BED BUGS at this hotel they care if no one knocks on the door to clean the rooms Free ICE ? YOU MEAN FREE ROACHES how does this place survive were is the HEALTH INSPECTOR when you need one O snap GUESS I NEED TO CALL ONE. ROOM FURNITURE HAS BLOOD IN THEM FLOORS ARE MOPPED WITH A FILTHY MOP there is no health and safety at this place DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE STAY AT THIS DEATH TRAP SHOULD HAVE BEEN SLEPP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS IS A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. NEVER GOING BACK
our stay was excellent polite and courteous staff, clean rooms, amenities were good, the most important of all the things was food. excellent taste, fresh and very tasty. thank u for making our stay comfortable

Room was fine but washroom was not good. All the faucets were corroded. Local soap was provided of poor quality. Staff was supportive but the manager was lil. Rude. Food was good but say no to noodles. It was fine. Location was on road and it was adjacent to Birla Mandir

Had a very pleasant stay here at The Marque. The food was great. Excellent service. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet. Will suggest this hotel to my friends also.
One of the best stays . They got all the things covered. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean.Value for money. As a couple we enjoyed our stay.
