Wonderful experience. I had booked a three bedded deluxe room for the period March 27 to March 31, 2023. Hotel is very clean and the support staff are well behaved and helpful. Hotel is very close to the M.G Marg, only a few minutes walk. They have a in house roof-top restaurant where they serve only the veg food but the food quality is not that great. I would recommend this hotel to others.
It was a wonderful experience. We reached there around 11:45 pm & hotel person waited for us. Rooms are neat and clean. Foods are quite good. Staffs are well behaving. Overall it was a good experience.
We had a very bad experience with this Hotel. Firstly, we booked 2 Standard Delux Room, but when we saw that it was in very bad condition. Room did not had any ventilation, was smelling so bad due to water damping that we could not even stand inside the room for few mins. There were mosquitoes and flies as the room was dirty. I wonder how these rooms are in Standard Delux category, even hostel rooms are much better than these.Then we contacted Goibibo customer care for room up-gradation, for which very good support was provided by Goibibo. We got up-graded Super Delux Room but with extra payment of Rs. 500 per room / night. These rooms were good but cleanliness was the issue.Next we availed Travel services from Hotel itself which became the worst experience. The executive Mr. Pintu was very unprofessional. Even after prior intimation he did not booked the cabs on time. Everyday the cabs same late around 1-2 hrs. This we confirmed even with the Cab drivers. They said they got the booking from Hotel when we came to get picked at morning 9 - 9:30 AM. The second day even we got picked by a Cab and then had to wait in highway around 1 hr to be shifted to some other Cab in between our route. And when we called Mr. Pintu he did not even called back to check on the issue or even give any effort to resolve the issue. I don't know how such kind of person is assigned a customer service job, when he does not even have the curtsy to talk to the customer politely. This was the worst experience I ever had with any Hotel and Travel Services and I strongly do not recommend to take any service from Hotel especially Mr. Pintu.
Rooms are specious. It is near to MG road. But cleaning is not upto level. Bad smell is coming from bathroom. All furniture are very old and dirty. Foods are good.

Vegetation hotel..but veg food is of super high quality. 24x7 hot / cold water. Walking distance 2 mins from MG marg. Mr Gaurav Singh is the manager here. He is very trained and was there 24x7 at every query.
