Spotless with outstanding customer service. I had arrived late at night and needed a safe place FAST. The level of customer service and attitude is superb. I was treated like I was in a 5-star, hotel, at a super-reasonable price. Clean, quiet, safe, luxurious, but it is the staff that made my stay the best of 2022!
The whole family stayed here and we had the best experience. Rooms were clean, well maintained, bathrooms nice and clean, smelled great. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Booked 107. Congested. Very small washroom. Hot & Cold water connection was faulty, not working. Though geyser is there, it's of no use. Only 01 500ml water bottle was given for two days stay. Coffee costs Rs which is brought from outside. Overall experience is..not happy..can't recommend..
Worst experience. I took executive room which cost Rs. 3000 per day but there was nothing except room and bed. Toiletries were not provided small and dirty bathroom, insects and bats were there in the bathroom, shower was not working. Leakage was everywhere in the bathroom. In the room there was nothing, no tea maker, no complimentries were provided. Small and dirty bedsheets a single dirty towel, tiles were broken in the room . Insect and mosquitoes were there in the room in a good quantity no all out was provided. After complaining only one person was there as a staff for the entire premisis no other waiter or staff was there. No tea was provided and if you want tea or food you will have to search a restaurant which is at a minimum of 1km form the hotel everyday.. Fan was irritating with it's noise. You have to struggle a lot with door lock for opening and closing both.
I was really suprised to see such a great place where cleanliness was top class and i enjoyed my stay with family in very reasonable prices and very convinent place within vijayawada town.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
