hotel was clean and spacious. the staff was really helpful. the location is also good. complimentary breakfast was tasty, but they bring the food from outside, don't have an in-house kitchen. overall it was a nice stay but the price was a bit high.

2: staff did not provide a/c remote even though it's asked.
3: NO BACKUP GENERATOR: there is not even an fan running if there is no electricity around. How else someone could sleep in hot weather? (Which is year around weather)
I had reached the property at night (though I informed in the reception earlier that day) And they refused to provide me a room as I have booked it online. They asked me double charges in cash to get the room and I forced to pay. They were not friendly in nature. Very bad experience.
