It's a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Worst service i have received yet, we stayed approx 18 days in this hotel in may month, They misplace our 2 tshirts, which i am following up till today, but nothing came positive. During stay period, police raid was also done.. There is no safety, no power backup, not good food, careless laundry service. If negative review is available, then i will give them negative star rating.

The cold drinks available when i visited were all expired and still they kept it for sale.when asked,The manager replied that the company sent these expired products. He was too arrogant, had a bad attitude towards cutomers. I would suggest that if it is possible don't take out or dine in anything and if it is required then be cautious and eat after inspecting the food.

Best hotel in vithalapur. 1 km away from honda plant. Food is available Breakfast is complementary. Friendly staff and good service.
