Hotel Friday Inn - Hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

We had an absolutely wonderful two-day stay at this charming hotel Friday Inn. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious breakfast and attentive service. The hotel's location added to the overall appeal. We highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay.

We had booked this hotel for 2 nights, I must say it was an excellent stay, rooms were top notch and Mr Raja the manager of Friday inn made sure that service was provided at its best, there was an electricity trip in the evening, Raja immediately addressed it. Breakfast was served like homely food, the food service was great, the team made sure that everything is available before the guests arrived and everything is refilled as soon as it got empty. Mr Raja also guided us with the places to visit nearby and their timings, thanks again for the wonderful stay. The pleasant stay made our vacation more memorable and joyous.

Rooms were first class - comparable to any 5 star resorts. The location was very close to one of the famous sightseeing venues, together with the amicable atmosphere of the location, made the experience all the more peaceful and serene.

We had a family trip to yercaud and stayed at this hotel FRIDAY INN. Such a wonderful atmosphere around nature. Facility is so awesome. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Food is so tasty. 24x7 support service. Recommended those who wants to have stay safe and pleasure. Very hygienic and feel safe. Thank you so much Team - Friday INN. Kudos to its general manager Mr Mansoor. Such a wonderful human being and supporting to sight seeing.

Located in remote place. Restrooms have bugs. Daily room cleaning is not done by them. Complementary breakfast with limited options (but they claim it as they alone providing complementary breakfast kind of)

A very good property outside yercaud with main 0 pollution and a very nice view outside property. Mr Mansoor and his team had made us more comfortable during the stay. Mr Raja has guided us politely and shared their views on yercaud. This property is under construction of a tree house adjacent to the main building and it looks stunning. Camp fire, music, outdoor foods, ambient light, fun activities made our stay memorable. Car parking is available with limited area however they guide us for a safe parking area if their slots are full If you are looking some kms outside main yercaud and having a private vehicle, then you can try this property once

We group of people stayed in their villa Location 3/5 Villa - small but well constructed 3.5/5 Service -0.5/5 Staff attitude - 1/5 Complimentary breakfast - only idly and Pongal Vada (no additional Vada ). Service not in the villa Only 4 towels even we stay group of 10. No plates , water glasses and water bottles. Not suitable for group stay bit far from city we need to go for tea and dinner to centre of city.

Hotel Friday Inn Service is very bad. I have checked in 12 pm after I asked for lunch they told it's not available I asked please give at least rice they told it's not available How can Hotel is open without restaurant and basic need. When I asked for 4 plates He told we will not give 4 plate we were 3 member so we will give only 3 plates...Then there was no power at Night 3 Hour It was my first Horrible Experience in Friday in I will give 0 rating and Reception Person was very rude.
