Very good hotel with budget friendly at prime location

The worst experience I have with this hotel I booked the hotel via oyo. Later when I reached this hotel from nampally station. The property manager denied my booking and I had given reason that rooms are not available. Later I contacted oyo regarding this but instead of providing me new rooms they asked me to cancel it.

My experience with this hotel dated - June 4th, 2022 (posting late) Short- Worst management. Don't book here especially through third party apps. Beware of cheating from this hotel management. This hotel deserves zero star. Detailed - Worst management. For staying in this hotel which has been nearer to my exam centre, I booked room in this hotel, two weeks in advance through Agoda app and I reached an hour before the check-in time mentioned., The hotel management receptionist, manager and staff were very rude saying that "We can't provide room mentioned for the amount provided on the app (Rs 1000). On app we quote less amount but you have to pay double (Rs 2000) if you want room." Immediately I started trying to contact Agoda customer service and check with them once, by standing at the hotel's reception itself, and in a couple of minutes they told me there are no rooms available. Howz that even possible? They were infact lying as they might have felt I won't be paying the amount they demanded.. and also It's actually a peak time since many people were writing exam and there were multiple exam centres in the nearby to this hotel and Seeing the positive reviews on google for this place, everyone was visiting this and they were pretty sure that someone shall take the room paying the amount whatever they demand and that's why they starting lying and even told me to leave their place. I'm more concerned about their rude behaviour than this cheating with increasing the amount. By the way in the short tenure of about 30 mins, I was standing in that hotel's reception area, multiple people staying there were coming down to reception complaining about AC is not working even when paid for AC room, hot water is not coming etc., So I thought without wasting time with Agoda customer service and this hotel people, I looked for another hotel nearby, by walk and checked-in there for Rs. 1000 and my stay there was quite comfortable. Posting the detailed review here because thought some other person shouldn't get troubled and deceived by seeing reviews of this hotel here. ( I usually don't write reviews when I have neutral experience. And I only write an overwhelming experience or a worst,cheated experience. This review is because of worst experience. Thought of posting this on 4th June 2022 itself but thought of concentrating on my exam over writing a review and later I was busy with my work and kept postponing writing the review)

They are cheating with customers, they will charge you extra even if you already paid on agoda or oyo or anything else. Only 11 hours booking and not 24 hours at all. They are rude and won't even respect elderly persons with you. Please avoid this hotel even if you have to sleep on road

I have travelled all over india over many years, but this is so far the worst experience ever. They blatantly denied check in stating that they need extra payment for the room which I booked already. Thankfully goibibo provided another hotel, but this kind of attitude by the hotel causes so kuch discomfort for the travellers...

The hotel is too bad in terms of hospitality and ambiance - No lift but rooms are till 4th floor, broken toilets, water leaking all day in taps and restroom. AC minimum temperature is 24c. Think before you book here

One of the worst management and hotel. We had booked our tickets through OYO and everything was confirmed. But upon reaching there, the hotel management completely denied our booking and didn't give us the rooms. They said it's full. We showed them the confirmation we got from OYO, but they were not ready to listen at all. They are cheaters. Never ever trust OYO and never ever go to this hotel. The worst one ever.

Worst Ever OYO , Worst Management .We Booked this Hotel Room To Stay for few hours , to Avoid Summer Heat Afternoon and to go shopping in the evening . For 3 hours stay we waited at the reception for 1.5hrs . They started cleaning room for 1.5hrs After the arrival of the guests . Manager Tried to Charge Extra By Saying OYO discounts are not acceptable and our room rent is 999/- . Manager Teaching servants how to clean the rooms infront of us by making us wait for 1.5hrs at reception . Seemed like he did all this on purpose . Dont visit or book rooms here .
