Hotel Fortune Plaza - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Rooms are spacious and good. Check in was smooth. Food can be better. Restaurant service was very slow. Breakfast is not buffet. It is limited to one person ordering one item from the breakfast menu. So booking rooms with breakfast option does not make sense.

The experience was not so good since I pre- booked the room through goibibo and the location was not on the road , it was in the quiet area of the street and along with this , the service was not good at all, phone was not working properly then they changed it, wifi speed was 0 , better you can use your own internet, smell was coming from the bedsheet and blankets and there was huge unexpected experience for the buffet because buffet is something provided with a lot of varieties in the restaurant of hotel, it was completely opposite, buffet in room service was available with a limited menu of 5-6 only and out of that nothing was with a good taste though I gave my feedback to them while I checked out and asked from them to keep on working for all these points . I hope when they would read this feedback, they will work on it. Better luck for future and all the best! Please keep the customer experience great so that they can think again to stay in your hotel and suggest other also for the same but this was not the case this time so take this feedback positively and work upon it. And yes one more thing though they refunded me some amount less than half I paid because of all these inconvenience so thanks to that manager !

Really bad place. Hot water did not work, so had to use water heating rod for bathing water. No kettle so cannot even have water for self. They had to ask other hotels to get one, then they gave one from their own office all taped one.

Nice Rooms - Over all very good (neat and hygienic) with all basic facilities. Service is good Location is strategic (near to railway station and Garib Nawaz Dargah.

One of the best 3 star hotels I stayed with large rooms and duly maintained by owner and support staff. Service is excellent..

Room was neat and clean and spacious too. Washroom was also neat and hygienic. And service was also good. Can also stay with family.

Staff behaviour and all the services during my stay was awesome. I'm using this property always when I go to ajmer. My whole family first and last preference in ajmer is only for fortune plaza

Dedicated Management, Neat & clean hotel, Spacious room, humble staff, fooding & lodging at reasonable price. Everything has its drawback. But You'll never feel fudgy or distressed.
