For peace of mind, this is a MUST avoid place. I have booked a AC standard. Cheked-in at around 8:30PM and found AC to be non functional after few hours. I complained to the person in reception. Someone was sent to check but he couldn't provide any solution. Next call to reception, he literally said "You can choose to stay or cancel, can't help with AC". Tried reaching out to customer support. Initially they tried talking to reception guy (Bablu) but gave up on him pretty soon. The customer rep said, sir sorry we cannot do anything except issue a voucher. After few minutes they changed the room(initially they said no availability at all). The AC in this was of window type. Pathetic as before. I waited 30 mins no cooling. Customer support just rubbed of their hands. That's it, they left me stranded at around 10:30PM. I immediately booked another hotel and checked out. I do not think they'll publish this review. If they do, at-least kudos to the transparency. My suggestion is to simply avoid this to stay out of unnecessary stress and trouble.

If you are a white person do not stay here. I repeat DO NOT stay here. As a matter of fact, just don't come to Patna at all. You'll knock on 10 hotel doors and none of them will accomodate you until you reach this one and pay 1000Rs for a room the size of a single bed without AC, windows or soap, and a very unreliable internet. If you make the mistake of staying here, DO NOT go out otherwise you'll receive 9 phone calls of the receptionist shouting you to come back because THE POLICE (yeah, that's right) wants to ask you a few questions in the lobby with 3 officers and 2 assault rifles. Never felt more unwelcomed in India... and I've been here 5 times (even militarized Kashmir was friendlier!). Honestly dude, skip Patna.

The hotel is at a busy place but inside the hotel u can have peace. Staffs are cooperative, their services are good, And the is Delicious As a couple, no Tension, no need to worry about safety. U can have wonderful and Loving stay

A very good hotel and has excellent service quality. Restaurant serves good food in a budget friendly price. Hotel is situated close to Patna junction and the traffic is chaos but overall a good stay.

The location is nice but no parking for the car and the staff is not as expected for the price for tariff. Rooms are dull and basic amenities are questionable..

At the time of checking hotel staff sofa pe baith ke jor jor se gali galoj karta hai it's looks so offend 1 pm .It's looks very low grade hotel I will never visit again
