HOTEL FOOD INN - Restaurant in Thane - Thane, India

Maybe because I entered at an odd hour of a late noon that it was empty but the ambience was spacious and decent looking yet dull for a noon with insufficient lighting. The service was great. They took notice the moment I walked in n was handed a menu and water which doesn't happen in many places however empty it is. The server was friendly and smiled through the entire time I spent there. Was professional and knowledgeable about what he had to do. The order placing wasn't too difficult even though they had an impressive menu with a lot to offer. An order that has taken an average of about 30 minutes for others to prepare was made in about 20 mins and presented steaming in about the 23rd min. The stuff looked presentable and well made for the time taken which was actually quick in comparison to most places I seen. To my surprise it tasted great too. The server was eager to help with his attention to the service area and offered to serve. The flavours were great which I didn't really expect with the short time they took to get the food on the table. Most important, however dull the place looked. It was clean and that's what matters unlike a few places all well done but have dust on the tables at times or the cutlery with stains etc. This place was too clean to be just next to a moderately busy road. The food was great with all in place, the ambience could do with some lights. The service was spot on with the server stealing the show. All in all a good experience and will surely return again when time permits and would recommend for a sumptuous lunch/ dinner with family/ friends.

Worst food, please don't order. Plenty of rats and mouse.Kitchen is dark and extremely dirty, saw the counter guy poking his nose. Yuuuccckkk! Disgusting!

Waste of money 3rd class service useless taste doesn't deserve any star but for feedback have to give 1 star. Costumer said don't make spicy they make double spicy. Pathetic taste and pathetic service
