Fantastic 16 room hotel with very very clean and well maintained rooms. Staff is very courteous and nice starting from the guard Mr Jha, Surendraji at the reception and the lovely housekeeping boys. Great job keep it up. Shall come back
Convenient for central new Delhi and Ild Delhi. On busy intersection and so some rooms may not be so quiet but mine was fine.
Nice stay for 4 days, staffs are polite n courteous specially Mr Surendra n Jitendraji on reception. Ashok is house keeping. Nice breakfast n multi option there. Recommended for family stay.

Nihayti Chor & Mannerless Staffs, Pathetic Service. Prefer to stay in cheap lodge than staying here, bunch of unprofessional goons having no manners to treat their guests. I had booked this hotel for the first time when I moved to delhi for study purpose. We arrived early in the morning, showed willingness to check-in early by paying extra with no problem whatsoever. The front desk guy at reception literally started abusing us and shouted at us for arriving early. I went there with my brother, and we both were startled by his behaviour. We were not ready ofcourse, the day one in delhi, and the people had shown such a behaviour towards us. He further argued, refused to allow us to enter the hotel. He just said leave your bags here at reception and roam wherever you want to go, we will only allow you check in after 12. Your inconvenience is not my concern, you should have plan if you don't want to encounter with such situation. (Even though, I had inform the hotel about my early arrival by call). We somehow prided ourselves on being unflappable in that circumstances, we left the hotel. Food and other basic hotel services were already worse as expected, We found out that most of their reviews are paid, they have been doing paid promotions in all hotel booking portals, not wondering you see this hotel in top list category. But my sincere warning to all of you guys, stay away from this property. Karolbagh is surrounded by hundreds of better hotels & properties.
