Hotel Felicity Inn Thanisandra - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I stayed here once. Booked the stay from Goibibo. It was showing Rs.635 for 3 hours room was the shown/paid amount. When i went to the hotel they asked additional 400 rupees from me. I paid that and checked in to the room as I was running late for a meeting. In room there was not supplies like soap, towel, bucket or mug. When i opened the wardrobe i found a pair of used dresses (ladies and gents dresses) used toothbrush, and many other stuff. The rooms were not tidy at all. Above all the staff there who introduced 'Raju' is having no manners at all. He was peeping through the window to check me (even though i was alone in the room) Also when the time was 10:45-10:50 which was 15 minutes to 3 hour completion (my check in time was 8:00am) he came and was banging on the door multiple times saying 'Baahar aa, time ho gaya ' and switched off the power from outside. I was getting ready and was planning to checkout sharp 11:00 am itself, bit he misbehaved and was saying something in hindi. Don't choose unless there is no other option.

I booked this hotel from goibibo hourly for 3 hours. The cost was 800 rs. On reaching there was no one at front desk reception to attend to the customer. Rooms were not provided with towels and soaps. The washroom was good. Hotel is not easy to locate on the road. Hotel name is branded with the OYO tag where as booking was from goibibo so it was confusing.

Not recommended at all. Very less hygiene and bad ambience. Room service is not good at all. They are not cleaning the rooms after guests are left. Bed sheets and pillow covers are not changed or washed. Rooms are good but they are not keeping it well.

I don't know how its an OYO Flagship. No AC in rooms, rooms are tiny. Sockets were not working. No one stays at Reception desk. Bathroom was tiny. Lodges are better than this OYO Flagship

This places doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst place by all means. Arrogant receptionist. Dirty cleanless room.

Never visit this hotel... Worst hotel.. care takers drink smoke bombard .. this place is like seepage... I don't have more words.
