Hotel Family Dx - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

First of all staff are v.v ery bed... He speak like hotel owner's.. Zero maintenance... no cleaning...nothing..he just take money...after no response ...rooms are small ...and bathroom is very.v small .. This conditions are AC rooms .. Wast Hotel.. and Room charger like 2,or 3 star hotel price..but this Hotel in this area Wast and 3nd class hotel..no maintenance..no response hotel maintenance and staff.. My feedback is don't wasted your money in this hotel.. My view you stay out side road ..but don't Choice this Hotel..

Ok hotel. needs maintenance. agar sasta mil ra hai to sahi deal hai. not good for family or alone female traveler. New 1L Water bottle charge 30/-, room se bahar niche utar ke le lo to 20/- ka milega.No warm water available for drinking, jabki hotel amenities me likha hua h. Baki rooms stay karne layak hai. Room me 1-2 jagah gutke thooka hua hai kuch pichle travelers ne.

Room rukne layak hai. Bht hi-fi standard wale nahi hain. kuch rooms me makdi ke jaale hai bht saare, jab hum room book karne gaye.(02/07/2021). jinhe saaf karwana chaiye. Maintenance nahi hua hai property ka. kuch rooms me gutka tak thooka hua hai pichle customers ne, jiske daag abhi b bane huey hain. staff sahi hai hotel ka. Akeli ladies ke stay layak nahi hai, unko thik nahi lagega yaha. Agar thoda kam price pe thik thak jagah chaiye to hi yaha aaein. AC achcha chal raha tha hamre room ka. booking se phle room aur Ac chek karwaya tha.

Rooms stay karne layak hai. 1st day ke baad aapko cleaning ke liye alag se bolna padega. Khud se shayad hi koi cleaning ke liye aaye. Staff co-operative hai. hamare room ka AC bht achcha kaam kar raha tha, room no.-202. hotel without lift wala hai.

The doors of the rooms in the hotel were not locked, there was no cleanliness in the room, very small rooms, water bottle of Rs 50, while water bottles are available free on hotel booking.

Worst service, worst food and worst people. I wont suggest this hotel to anyone. I have booked this hotel for my mom and dad. when we reached hotel in night the person sitting on reception was drunk. Manager name was Noor Aalam and he was so arrogant. first he has gave us some other dirty room when I showed the picture of actual room booked by me then he has changed the room. we stayed there for 7 days and he changed the bedsheet only once. we have asked to change the towel 2nd day and the manager replied we have given u towel yesterday itself it cant changed and complete week he has not changed the towel, bedsheet and not even clean the washroom. For 2 cup of tea they need at least 1 hr time, if we asked why so late the reply was we have so many customer you r not the only one. Goibibo customer will get this kind of service only. Litreally it was a horrible exerience with hotel family deluxe and Goibibo as well.

Not so good rooms. Service is also poor. I stayed at the hotel in 2016. My experience was not so good. I had to leave the room the next day. Before coming to the hotel I had gone to Mayur Assam hotel. But the room I was shown was dirty but the rate was so high. They are just defaming Assam.

not at all good experience. AC rooms are just for name. Different problems can be experienced even if u change the room.Not recommended for families.
