I talked with the manager for a reservation and the manager said okay but the receptionist judged me by my dress and asked me whether I had enough money. Dude if I didn't have enough money why would I ask ur manager for a room n yeah my dress was kinda messy cause I travelled alot that day.

My marriage party was held here in 2019. Rooms were not good. But staff behaviour is good. Food was tasty. Decoration was mediocre.

Nice ambience... Buffet was good Employees can be more confident to host people.

very good spacious room in affordable price. neat and clean. hotel staff is also good.

1) in the switch board fan regulator there is no knob..2) No water glass in the executive class room..3) The room floor is not properly clean..4) On the pillow cover and bed sheet on the previous room customer hair fall found...5) The sofa set is very old and broken..6) The stay room no 106 area is less, not as per Executive room.7) The wash room is not properly cleaned..

The staff are very decent and caring. It feels like home.. The food is good , rooms are clean. Overall I loved staying here.

They are renovating! The rooms are good and spacious. They won't even kept a bottle of water in room (so 3 stars) however The stay was good. breakfast was very basic but tasty!

I attended a juron ceremony here this week... the food served was of less than average quality. All items were cold, including vegetables, pulses and non veg items.... They were unable to serve rotis on time, guests kept waiting for rotis for 15-20 mins, then they came with 8-10 cut pieces of rotis, which get exhausted in few seconds, again u need to wait fkr 20 more mins. Catering was pathetic... the cuttleries used to get exhausted every now and then, and after 10 mins wait they used to bring so called washed cuttleries, all drowning in water. Every plate was full of dirtly water, which we needed to first flush off then dry our plates with 4-5 napkins... still plate was stinking with detergent like smell... The water dispenser used to get empty every now and then, as only one dispenser was kept... guests had to wait for even water for 10-15 mins... and the colour of water was as if it was brought directly from some local pond, yellowish in colour... Extremely pathetic service... Never saw such a worst service in any hotel...
