Hotel Fairway - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

Please avoid this hotel. It looks like business hotel. But they are not maintaining. Rooms are bigger but they are not cleaned. This hotel is lagging with workers so they are not cleaning the room and toilets after checkout. Bed spread and pillows are not changed even we asked to change they are changing with one which is in laundry. Pathetic.. Breakfast complimentary..but of no use..There are no one to cook..But we got paratha, bread and coffee. Hope all are old one which made long before because all got stomach upset after eating it. So kindly avoid it

This hotel is apt if you're travelling to Amritsar by train as the hotel is very close to the railway station. The stay, the food and the service was good overall. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the shower area is pretty good. You can get a rickshaw or cab very easily here. The parking space is not there though, as this is situated very next to the main road.

I have to say that I am highly unsatisfied by their services. Firstly, neither the Wi-Fi worked perfectly nor the Television was running smooth. I had made complaints two to three times, on every call the reply would be that the service person was on the way. On the top of it, there were "BED BUGS". Can you believe that I had made a good payment and in return I couldn't sleep whole night, I had got rashes on my back. I had to change the room twice.No connectivity of wifi, Bugs on bed, housekeeping staff are not reliable

I was walk-in customer. I had booked a room for 4-5 days but after a horrible experience i had check-out in a single night. Following issues were there in hotel room. 1. There were bug on bed, 2. Bed sheet was not clean 3. Cockroaches were there on bed and hot water kettle. 4. Hairs were there on the floor 5. Toilet was not clean. After finding these many issues, they changed my room on my request. When i asked to activate the TV they failed to do so despite many reminders.

One of the Best hotels with restaurant...I really like the service and quality...really a thumbs up from my side....Best luck ...

Worst service and when i called the online number, he said I'm disturbing his sleep .. really disappointed. When asked company for refund , he said i should put query on that particular website but when i asked that website they said the company denied for refund

Good experienced with the hotel. Room was clean and everything was managed properly. Staff were co-operative.
