We stayed at this hotel for one day, the room was spacious enough and the best part is it's quite near to mall road. Thanks to Bubai Sen who helped us with the hassle free booking in a short period of time.
Pocket Friendly hotel...... Near to mall, food is good....... So do the service of the boys, Sangram and Aakash...... They're too good. Have seen Kanchenjungha through the window of the room. Wanna stay at the same place when, gonna visit Darjeeling again
I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Sincerely would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. Great value for money. Boys attending to guests needs all the time. Big shout out for Mahadeb, the all time manager, room service guys like Sangram and Aakash...well done and keep up the good job. Food is delicious and very economical compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Ask for any kind of help and you shall be privileged.
Worst hotel ever to visit. Food is pathetic. Staff has no clue what they are doing. I would rather stay in a homestay and pay them more rather than visiting this hotel. Loss of money and destroyed my vacation.
We have stayed at the hotel for four nights and we never faced any interference. Staffs are very cooperative. It's good experience for us. Only thing to improve is Room Service apart from that everything is fine, and keen to visit again. Thank you, Kuntal Chakraborty
Budget friendly stay in Darjeeling. The location is good and well decorated place. Rooms are pretty big and well maintained. The location is pretty close to the mall and just beside the clock tower. The dining place is okay and the service is somewhat slow. Else this is a nice stay for a day or two. Recommended place.
The hotel is so beautiful and the cleanliness is upto the mark rooms are good but the service is worse than I ever got.. They gave us two rooms , each rooms have lock issues.. We stood there for 15-20 mnts every time to lock and unlock the rooms.. Without their help we can't make it.. they are not frndly .. We ordered 2 milk tea .. They gave the cups and sugar without any trey and spoon .. How can we mix the sugar? The common sense is missing...
This hotel is in a very good location for central Darjeeling. Close to Main Street and steps to station. It's two star for a reason. Noisy, not pleasant bathroom, bed didn't feel clean.
