Everything is good, the price is good, quality of rooms considering the price is good. One improvement required. Attendant boys has no manners. Like if the visitor is waiting for something, they are like sitting over the sofas and let the customers to feel uncomfortable by not providing space for sitting.
Owner must train the attendants.
Very quaint place. Away from the main highways and beaches. You can find it on the way to Agonda beach. The room was nice for the price. The reception and other services could be improved. Has a nice ambience.
1. There is no wifi on the second floor.
2. The light goes out and it's completely dark. There is no generator. The fan doesn't work and you have to sweat inside the room.
3. They started cleaning the water tank in the morning without any notice so there was no tap water from 7am to 11am. Our plans got ruined
I'd say it's one of the best hotel if you go to consider in this price segment... super budget friendly...the rooms are good with a small balcony... Room is abit small .but can't complain according to the price....and it is very close to the beach and lot of restaurants and cafes just 5 min away from the hotel....the staff is very generous and helpful
There is no wifi on the second floor. I aksed manager to change the room, he said he will next day but he didn't really care. There is literally no wifi on the second floor. I aksed the other staff member about the wifi and he replied I don't know, mine is working fine. Pathetic service
It's a good and clean hotel but the cost is high even though non AC rooms are very costly.
It is located near 1 km to benaulim beach. Rooms are very small and congested. Rooms were clean.

1) Ambience was lovely. As you enter you get to see the restaurant and on the way walking towards the room you get a good view of a beautiful surrounding (especially with the lighting at night).

Stayed at this property couple of times , best thing about the stay is the food and you can park your car safely thanks to the staff at this property for having good smile on their faces.

Cheap and cheerful, on Benaulim beach. Not many know about this place. Excellent for staying for a few nights of boozing, biking and rogering Goan and Punjabi girls and women.

I visited Goa with my family for a week and stayed at the Gomes Mansion in Benaulim. It is a three bedroom fully furnished apartment with separate toilets and a fully set up kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Mr. and Mrs. Gomes were very welcoming
Decent AC rooms with mini balcony, fridge, kettle, wifi and other basic ammenities. Has beautiful garden with cats. Area is peaceful, market and church are nearby. The owner and his family are very polite and humble.

Beautiful beach. Plenty of shacks for food and drinks. Always seems to be something going on either fishing boats going out or watch them bringing the nets in, very interesting and traditional. What a variety of sea creatures they bring in...snakes..
