I stayed here on business purpose so visit for short. In my opinion they can improve a lot in the way hotel and rooms are maintained. Restaurant menu is short and practical but suffers from not having any variations at all so one can predict the menu day wise. Service is great and staff is friendly.
I booked for Express towers executive room but during the time of checkin I have been notified that room was incorrectly assigned and I will be transferred to express residency which is near by one. Even though my booking was older than one month they didn't had courtesy to provide some discount as they shifted me in the cheaper one. The manager even told me that he has no any booking on my name. This is really disappointing and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone in future.
I don't know why every hotel all toilterries are never provided. Something is always missing. Here i had to ask for shower cap, in 3 nights stay twice... Overall stay was good. Breakfast spread excellent. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. I once again visited from 23-27 March. One thing i always forgot to mention that along with basic toiletteries this hotel is probably the only one , that provides a good quality coconut hair oil! We tend to forget to mention the good points but are quick to point out negative points.
