Worst hotel I have seen in my life,staff is very arrogant on reception.They don't know how to talk with ladies.Being a experienced person staying all across the hotels in India,I never had such a bad experience with my 6 days stay.Charges of all amenities were sky rocket high and provided with below average services.Highly not recommended for families.

I didn't say in the hotel, but i did have lunch at their restaurant and i would like to inform you that it was fabulous, am talking about the staff, they were extremely kind and loving and serving our whole family with lots of love and caring, it's extremely rare to find such good and wonderful people. I seriously request everyone to just go visit and enjoy the hospitality and also for the food it was delicious the aloo subzi , dal and shrikhand were superb, also the staff would serve us freshly cooked hot rotis and puris.
Old room interiors. Very Friendly staff. Specially in the restaurant. Cockroaches roaming in the fruits during breakfast. Room carpet stinking.
The rooms need serious maintenance just to bring them to basic standards. It is too far from the airport and even farther from the railway station. They nickel and dime you. They charge Rs. 300+ for WiFi per day. Service has a lot of room to improve. For a couple they don't issue two keycards. Too many issues to list.

We had a bulk booking of rooms, with excellent reception and wonderful hospitality upon arrival. The 2nd day the services slacked and we had to call the room service for getting the room cleaned and replenishment. That is totally unexpected.
