Hotel Express 66 - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

One of the poor hotel in the world. The hotel.is very poor. Bed smell is everywhere.. and they just clean the room when we came in the hotel. Toilet flush is broken. Wash basin drain is not working.the towel they gave us is wet.never ever recommended anyone to book this hotel. As per my suggestion they don't have to keep running this hotel anymore. TV is.not working.leaker bottle left in the room.

Hotel is located in proximity to new Delhi railway station. So, both trains and metro for airport easy to catch. Secondly, hotel staff is very courteous and ever helping even beyond their duty. Thirdly, rooms are far better than the price being charged. Decent rooms with all basic amenities. Lastly, I do recommend this hotel to others; nobody will go disappointed from here.

i was not in a mood to spend much for my night stay hence i chose xpress66 it is situated on the main road of paharganj, opposite to mc donalds. its reception is on 2nd floor for which lift is there reception staff was polite and check in was instant polite staff escorted me to room. i can say that the room was decent as the bed mattress was of gud quality the quilt(rajai) provided was although old but was clean. room has old fashioned electrical fittings but work well charging points are behind side tables besides bed so please do explore bathroom was clean and taps working room was properly lit. for the price i paid i must say it was 4 out of 5 stars from me the gallery area outside room were not very clean. i find this place suitable for single business traveller with tight budget appropriate.

1)Hot water was not available , i had to take bath in another room. 2)Main lock of the room in which i stayed needs repairing. 3)Watchmen was good and welcoming. i regret i couldnt give him tip as i was in hurry 4)Room phone was not working 5)I had deposited Rs1000 at the reception before checking in and i had to ask them 4 times for getting my Rs305 back. 6) At the time of check-in , the person at the reception did'nt sounded or looked welcoming but at the time of check out he so asked me several time to give a positive review of the hotel. Overall - i would recommend this hotel only if your budget is around Rs500

After booking when I called the hotel to check in, I was told that the some maintenance work was going on so they will shift me to their another property which was Hotel Sagar Dx . The room was good enough , clean and staff were very polite and cooperative. I am satisfied as it was without any hassle. Came to know they also own Hotel R S international as well. Will check out the other one as well. Cheers!!!

this is 3rd class hotel with with rude manager. we booed this hotel with delux AC room on 17th Feb. we called hotel manager on 16th feb and asked them that we are coming to delhi early morning like upto 7am so we need early check in facility. manager said its ok but you need to may 300 rs extra for early check and we both are agreed on that. on 17th early morning (7am)we reached hotel, found hotel lift was not working and hotel reception is on 2nd flour. we moved to second flour from steps and found hotel door was closed. we knock hotel door and we asked hotel manager to open the door he simply said go back hotel check in time is 12 pm. we request them at least open door we already discussed yesterday for early check in they he open door in rude manner. after that he said they dont have any room now so we have to wait till 12 pm so said we are coming from 15hrs jurney please try to understand he said go back from here i will not give any room. after few mints he said give me 500rs then i will give room. so give 500rs and did check in. room was too dirty. guys dont book this hotel if you dont have any choice stay at railway station waiting room but doint book this hotel.

I had booked(paid for in advance) 2 rooms for 4 of my company staff and later came to realize their plight. On approaching the reception for checkin at 4am they were told that they can only give them one room instead of the two rooms booked. As they couldn't leave the hotel to search for some other hotel at 4 in the morning they requested the hotel to atleast let all four guests adjust in one room. they were forced to cramp up in 1 room just because the hotel couldn't give us another room(due to unavailability of rooms) . We couldn't raise this at the time of the issue as the room was booked for our company staff and due to the odd hours of the day, they refused to disturb me. We feel ashamed at the way the hotel dealt with the issue. I dont have problems with the room, rather the unavailability of rooms?

The worst hotel ever anyone could choose. The price demanded was too high while the rooms provided was of worst quality. The cupboard pictures well define how the rooms are maintained. Not at all worthy of choosing this hotel for stay.
