Rooms : Their newly constructed rooms (with 3 beds) are pretty good. Service : It is good, staffs are helpful. Location : OKAYish a bit difficult to reach as it is inside a lane and not on the main road. About 700m away from the Golden Temple.
The place is very close to Golden temple and shopping Locations. The service is good. The staff is friendly and warm. Airport pickup drop was on time and efficient. Many thanks to Lucky and Sarabjit for making our stay comfortable.
I recommend this hotel to all the people, the hotel rooms are very clean and the food is spacious and there is pick and drop facilities and free wifi.Receptionist girl Ms Kiran manager Mr lucky and driver Mr Sarabjeet Singh is the best among all the people. Because I came here for the first time and you all did your duty very well, thank you so much all.
The hotel is situated about 400 to 500 m from the Golden Temple. It's located in a residential area. Navigating would not be that difficult. Kiran was extremely helpful and kind in arranging station pick up. Very friendly staff and specific mention to Kiran and Lucky. Though I was put in a room in ground floor, please mind that there are no lifts in this property. That being said, all their services are exemplary. Thanks Kiran and Lucky for making my stay great.
We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at Hotel Exotic Amritsar. Rooms were neat and clean with all the required amenities. Staff is very courteous and polite (Ms Kiran at reception and other folks as well). Location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk from Jallianwala Baugh and Temple. Highly recommended!
The hotel is very near to Golden Temple and it good for family stay. Their breakfast is worth it so should go for it. At the price they charge should provide few more amenities like mini fridge alteast in the family suite. The hotel was very supportive and understanding. The TV was a problem and so was the door handle which they should take care off.
Decent place for stay, wish only staff could have better communications. They don't give any information about the room amenities. (Like they didn't inform us about the hot water system and we ended having shower in cold water as we have taken shower at 5 am in the morning) Also someone dropped parcel for us they didn't even bother to inform us about it unless we asked for it by 11 at night. Little hard to explain location to local transport people as it's very inside but it's close to golden temple. Overall decent stay as we were in rooms just for sleep most of the time we were out. But if you want to spend more time at room and around hotel then it's not recommended. But it's decent if you will be out most of the time and will be at hotel just to sleep and bath.
It was really awesome staying experience at Hotel Exotic -Amritsar during my latest family trip .Rooms & Bathrooms were clean enough with tasty food. A special mention about manager - Mr. Lucky Sehgal is obvious for his extended service & supportive approach to all guest, even all the staffs were very courteous.
